This draft explains the intended treatment of information submitted through the Acrylic Innovations website enquiry form.

The enquiry form collects your name, company name, email address, phone number, selected service, project location, project description, source page, and privacy-consent status. Technical anti-spam information may also be processed without retaining a raw IP address unnecessarily.

Enquiry information will be used to review your request, communicate with you about the project, maintain an enquiry record, protect the form from abuse, and send an acknowledgement that the enquiry was received.

The enquiry workflow uses Appwrite for enquiry storage and processing. Resend is planned for email delivery when the notification function is enabled. These providers will process information only as required to support the enquiry workflow and subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

The final retention period has not yet been approved. Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, related business records, security, and applicable legal obligations.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards will be used. Information should not be sold. It may be shared with approved service providers or where disclosure is required by law.
